🥣 Ingredients
For the Gulab Jamun:
- 1 cup milk powder
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp ghee, melted
- 3–4 tbsp milk, as needed
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Oil or ghee, for frying
For the Sugar Syrup:
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1½ cups water
- 3–4 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 tsp rose water
- A few saffron strands, optional
For Garnishing:
- Chopped pistachios or almonds
- Optional saffron strands
