For the noodles:
- 250 g Korean sweet potato glass noodles (dangmyeon)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
For the beef:
- 200 g thinly sliced beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
For the vegetables:
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 150 g spinach
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
